Big Ramy starts underhand pulldowns with drop sets. Next is machine rows. Dennis James has been there for 8 days & he has 10 days more then Ramy is coming back to Phoenix to finish the prep. Next is Hammer rows with drop sets. Ramy gained 100 lbs in a year. Next is single Hammer rows. Next is cable rows with drop sets.
