Phil Heath 8 Weeks out from Olympia Chest Workout





Phil starts with incline hammer press. He hits 5 plates with the hammer. Next is incline db flyes. Next is flat db press. Last is cable crossovers. He's weighing in the 270's. In 2011, he went with a more separated look. In 2012, he went with a more dense look. Now in 2013, I wants the balance between the two looks.
