Fit For Autism
This weekend marks the 3rd Annual Victor Martinez Fitness Challenge
and Fun Run for Autism, hosted by the Colosseum Gym and David Johnston
Training. To be held on June 15, 2013 at the Colosseum Gym in Columbia
MD.
"As a bodybuilder, so much time is spent working every muscle in the
body. We must not overlook the most important one, our heart. My
personal mission is to use my professional status and influence to make
an impact on the lives of children affected by autism. I want to make a
difference in the lives of not only my children but all of the people
that are not as fortunate to have the physical ability that myself and
other athletes have. Thank you so much for your support. This is
something that is very dear to my heart."
The event will consist of 6 total events, and participants can choose to take part in any one, all six, or a combo thereof.
Participants gather sponsors. Each sponsor will commit to donating $1
for each repetition of each exercise performed. Events will include
Bench Press, Squats, Deadlifts, Pull-ups, Tire Flips, Sled Drag and of
course the Fun Run.
