Steve is warming up his shoulders for a great chest workout. You want all muscles firing. He starts with incline db press with 3 different angles with a 3 second negative & an one second hold. Next is incline barbell press. Next is flat bench. He talked about how huge Ramy pecs are. He starts about his diet. He doing 20-30 minutes of cardio 5 times a week. He takes a few pics.
