Fred "Biggie" Smalls and Shawn Rhoden Part 1 & 2
They start with T-bar rows. Next is lat pulldowns on the hammer strength. Next is bent over rows. Next is close grip pulldowns. Next is rope pulldowns. Next is hammer strength underhand rows. Fred is 4 weeks out for the Europa Hartford show. All the sets were heavy weight.
They start with side raises. Next is smith machine shoulder press. Next is bent over side raises. Next is reverse front press on the hammer strength. Next is front raises. Shawn is doing them with an underhand motion. Next is reverse pec deck.
