Steve Kuclo Trains Legs 6.5 Weeks out from the 2012 New York Pro - Video by Seth Pascale


It's a heavy leg day for Steve. He starts with leg presses, rep range is about 15-20 reps. He racks it!!! Next is walking lunges in the parking lot. Next is stiff-legged deads superset with standing leg curls. Next is heavy squats to shock the body.
