Steve Kuclo Trains Back 6.5 Weeks Out from New York Pro 2012

 
Steve starts with pull-ups. You don't see too many guys doing pull-ups anyway especially not on the assisted machine. Next is close grip pulldowns supersetting with straight arm pulldowns. Next is incline db rows. Next is seated underhand cable rows. He's sitting to focus on his back differently. Next is db rows. His form can be better. Next is rack pulls. Very impressive with the weight he was putting up.
