Marco starts with pull-ups. Next is t-bar rows. He talks about getting ready for a show with his 4 year old daughter. It keeps him grounded. Next is db rows. He does 10 sets of pull-ups all the time. He likes to pose between sets to make his improve pop out more. He's going after the 200 lb db's for rows. Next is close grip pulldowns. Next is straight arm pulldowns. He hits some poses at the end of the video.
