Juan Morel training legs 5 weeks out from the New York Pro.

Juan starts with squats. He did 7 sets of squats. He's eating 8 meals a day. Next is walking lunges & supersets with more squats. Next is leg press. He thanked his support group. Last exercise was leg extensions.
