Kale is a super food. Mac Nut Oil is a lot better for you than extra virgin olive oil. It has more mono fats than olive oil, you can cook with it due to its high smoke point & helps your cholesterol levels out. All oils should be in glass bottle. The body has no storage for protein. Your body needs protein every 2-4 hours. Food is absorbed 8 grams of protein per hour. If you take a whey isolate, it would absorb in 15 minutes. Combine your meals: meal, then shake. Isolate is expensive but worth it for your physique. Whey concentrate can give you gas & indigestion. When buying a protein, look at how much grams of protein per scoop.


You need to take in essential fatty acids everyday. If you don't get if enough fatty acids, it hordes fat on men in the midsection & ladies around the butt area. 3 types of fats: Animal is saturated such as whole eggs, red meat & chicken to a degree. You need some saturated but not a lot. Even coconut oil is a good source. You want mono & poly fats. Omega 3 & 6. Humans can't convert plant sources of Omega 3 fats sufficiently. Animal Omega 3 fats is salmon, swordfish, sardines, mackerel, grass fed beef & Omega 3 eggs. You don't need a lot of Omega 3 & 6. 6 grams each. Fish Oil & Primrose Oil. It's easier to consume your fats in supplement form. We have heart disease by us eating animals eating the wrong things. Never buy farm raised fish. Buy wild caught fish. Grass fed beef don't need antibiotics unlike cows feed with grains. Grass fed buffalo has more Omega 3's than salmon.
