Seth starts with ez curls. Next is machine preacher curls. Seth is looking good at 245. He doing negatives & partials on preachers. Next is hammer curls. He talks about his nutrition & diet meals. Next is close grip bench press & superset with alternate curls. Next is cable curls. Next is one arm dips. Now, he bust out the Isolator. He's doing cable curls with them. Next is kickbacks.
