Erik Fankhouser Introduces his Family and Hits an Arm Workout


Erik starts by introducing his family & why they motivate him to do what he does in bodybuilding & in life. He starts with heavy db curls. He concentrates on his growth of his biceps over the triceps due to the triceps are more advanced than his biceps. Next is standing barbell curl. He's got some heavy weight for biceps. He'll go heavy to a light squeeze set. He's getting ready to step on stage in July at the Chicago show. Next is machine curls. Next is one arm preacher curls. He's talking about his motto, "You Are Your Maker!" He's balances family life, full time job & bodybuilding. It's triceps time. He starts with pushdowns. Next is cable overhead extensions. Next is dips for pump.
