Robert Burneika 2 Weeks Out from Tijuana and 3 Weeks Out from the 2011 Mr Olympia

 
Robert starts with machine shoulder press for warm up. Now, the training begins. He does db shoulder press. Going pretty heavy. Next is side raises. Next is the iron cross to pump the middle delt. Next is bent-over side raises, making the rear delts pop out. Next is shrugs. He uses free weight for his training. Great success for Robert in his rookie season. He looks massive!
