Kai starts with pull ups + dips as a warm up. Next is a upright rows + reverse pec deck. Now, chest training begins. Kai is doing some incline bench & still doing some heavy weight with drop sets as well. Next is flat bench & still going heavy with drop sets. New IFBB pro Juan Morel make a cameo in the video.
