Kai talks about how he had to re-focus on his placing at 2010 Olympia. He speaks so humble about how he must attack & take the 2011 Olympia prep. The spotlight is on you!!! It's true when you're so focused sometimes people just won't be around you. His prep is solely on Kai not anyone else. It's so deep that you can apply what he says to whatever you do in life not just bodybuilding. He talks about his experience in being in the foster care system.
