Dennis starts off with machine shoulder press. Next is smith machine shoulder press. He does 2 warm up sets & 3 working sets. Next is cable side raises: 2 warm up sets & 3 working sets. Next is the iron cross: 3 working sets. Next is lying rear delts: 3 working sets. Next is reverse cable crossovers: 3 working sets. Now, it's triceps. Rope pushdowns: 2-3 warm up sets & 3-4 working sets. Next is dip machine: 3 working sets. Next is skullcrushers: 3-4 working sets. He does it for the pump. Wolf is looking huge in this video.
