The 4x Mr Olympia Champion, Jay Cutler trains chest 44 days out from the 2011 Mr Olympia
Jay starts with incline db press & partials. Still pushing heavy weight within 7 weeks out. Next is hammer strength flat press with forced reps. He likes to change up his workout if he has a partner or not. Next is incline db flyes. Mainly he wants to squeeze those pecs. Next is flat flyes on cables with forced reps & partials. Squeeze those pecs. Next is FST-7 training for dips. He likes to train late to avoid the crowds. He thanked his support group & sponsors.
