Jay starts with machine preacher curls to warm up the biceps. For these, he's going with feel. Doing some drop sets as well. Next is db hammer curls. Next is scott curls. I like doing these. Next is concentration curls. I haven't done these in a while but they work. Next is standing bb curls & supersets with db curls. I'm surprised that he's doing them this late into the workout. He wants his peak to come out more. He talks about how the intensity is picking up, cardio sessions & what he takes after workout. He says, he'll be around 255-265 at the Olympia.
