Jay is doing his A.R.T. therapy with IFBB Derik Farnsworth. Derik is telling Jay about the muscles in the shoulder area. Derik is working on Jay's back pretty good. This is pretty cool to watch. He's getting his legs done too. Jay got his butt handed to him by Farnsworth.
