IFBB Pro Fred Smalls Last Workout Before 2011 Phoenix Pro


Fred talks about competing at the Hartford Pro & now, he's getting ready for the Phoenix Pro. After the Hartford, he gained 56 lbs! Wow! Now, he did 45 mins of cardio to stop the rebound & now, he's ready to qualify for the O. He talks about how he got into bodybuilding. Plus, he was a dancer & part of a dance team. He's got a great support team. He talks about his everyday life. He had a minor at dance in college. He hits some poses.
