We're about to watch Victor & Jon hit an intense shoulder workout before Jon leaves for the USA's. They start with Reverse Pec Deck + Cable Crossovers: 4 sets of 12-15 reps. Victor reminds Jon to focus on what muscle he's hitting. That's what a good training partner supposed to do. Tip: When doing cable crossovers for rear delts be sure to keep the elbows high. Jon at times gets defensive when people talk about Victor like they know him. Next is Side Raises: 4 drop sets, 8-10 reps per set, diminishing weight. Side note: Jon & Victor are restricting the movement in order to keep more stress on the muscle & not allow to rest at the bottom. Next is Seated DB Press: 4 sets of 10-12 reps. There's more to their relationship besides the gym. To avoid injury, always get help from a spotter when loading heavy weight. Next is Reverse Shoulder Press + "Bus Drivers" + Front Raises: 4 sets of 8-10 reps. Victor pushes Jon while Jon's energy is being diminished due to dieting. Side Note: There are TEN muscles that make up the shoulder & its surrounding support system! I like the "Bus Drivers!" The hard work paid off for Jon & he's a new IFBB pro. Now, it's Victor's time to bring it for the Olympia. Next is Rear Shrugs + Front Shrugs: 4 sets of 10-12 reps.
