Phil starts doing 21's. I love doing these! Next is concentration curls. He normally does arms this early in his prep. He waits about the 4-5 week mark to train arms. Next is hammer curls & he does them a little differently. 5 reps with one arm & then hits the other for 5 reps & so on & so on. Next is preacher curls. Now, it's triceps time. He starts with cable pushdowns: 3 sets of 10-12 reps. Next is incline skullcrushers & superset with close grip bench press for extra pump. Next is the dip machine. It's dip from the ones I've seen. He's been training later at night to get some more meals in his system. He's always on twitter during his cardio.
