Jay starts with rope pushdowns to warm up the elbows. His weight dropping at the right pace. Victor Martinez & Jon Delarosa's dad make a cameo. Next is cambered pressdowns. Next is dips. You can see the striations & veins coming out in the tri's. Next is skullcrushers. He's using a good amount of weight. Next is one arm underhand pushdowns. He's not really counting reps, just more feel. He walks off dragging his gym bag. He's looking very massive for 7 weeks out. I think he'll get Sandow number 5!
