2011 Dexter Jackson Classic Packed w/STAGE VIDEOS & Photos



Branden Ray came in a little thicker & in good condition from the '10 Sac. Pro but I got Ray 3rd in this show. While, Vaughn & Guy were battling for 1-2 in this show. A lot of guys came in & did their homework.

 Branden did some "touch up" training to bring out his back. He brought a better package in his legs. His nutrition & training became intense to start the carb loading right. He does a "War Cry" for the crowd. He was in 1st & last callout. He wants to thank everybody for the support. 

This is Vaughn's pro debut & he's making a great 1st impression to the IFBB. He's battling for the 1-2 spot. No off-season, it's growing season. Fak says he's easy to work with. "You're A Pro Now" is his mantra. 


Guy was working with Neil Hill for his pro debut last year at the Europa Dallas. He & Fak had been talking for a while & he made some major improvements. He trained heavy, eating lots of food & getting lots of cardio. Fak & Guy are friends first. He put on 16 lbs of muscle mass, drier & harder. 

 
 Angel is from Mexico & he got 1st callout in a tough lineup. He has fellow competitor Benjamin Parra for translation & he's his training partner at night. Angel does his own diet.
