Joe's a former college baseball player & he's doing 5 plates with no belt or straps. Impressive! Deadlifts are a staple in his back routine plus, he's a powerlifter who focus more on deadlifts in those competition. Next is pullups. He's also a firefighter. He went back to pullups to get the width. Next is barbell rows. He's using an underhand grip & 1 regular grip. He talks about his diet & he's doing around 6,000 calories a day. A shake pre & post workout. Next is one arm db rows. He does cardio 7 days of the week. He has a plan but it can alter at anytime when he's at the gym. Next is wide reverse grip pulldowns superset with straight arm pulldowns. He wants a great callout from the judges. He hits some shots. This is his 1st national show. He thanks his support team.
