Mark starts with leg extensions to warm up the knees & pump some blood to the legs. Next is front squats. He altered his leg day due to the equipment at the different gyms. Next is leg press. This leg press you can load up on the weight. Next is hack squats for FST-7 sets. He's going light for these. He does a pump workout at the end of the week. He hits the legs twice a week.
