Rise & Shine Shake

Ingredients:
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 scoop soy protein powder
12 oz. Gatorade or any other sports drink
5 g arginine

Directions:
Place ingredients in a shaker cup & mix until thoroughly combined.

Nutrition Facts: Serves One
275 calories, 45 g protein, 25 g carbs, 0 g fat

Side Note: Using Soy & Whey together will get you better muscle building results than consuming either alone. Arginine opens up the blood vessels & driving the nutrients to the muscles. Using gatorade will help you get the carbs & insulin spike you need to get those muscles going.
