In this week's video blog, Fouad Abiad shows us one of his new training tools: Resistance bands. This video starts right in the middle of a leg training session, so there is some intense training to go along with the training tips!

Fouad adds the resistance band to keep constant tension on the muscles. I never thought on using bands on leg press. I know chains & bands are used for squats but leg press? That's interesting & now, I saw it; I gotta try it out. Thanks for the tip, Foaud
