Filmed January 19, exactly one month before the FLEX PRO, FLEX got an inside look at Ben Pakulski's life in and out of the gym. Ben is living in a bodybuilding dream house with friends and fellow IFBB Pros Cathy Lefrancois and Iris Kyle.
Ben gives us a tour of the house, including Cathy's "Powercat Gym." He also takes time to sit down and reflect on his prep for the FLEX PRO and what he is doing to be the best!
Ben has a sense of humor with the two ladies in the house. Ben advocates about the Vibram Five Fingers shoes & many other bodybuilders have joined him on the "dark side." Ben talks about his diet & who he looks forward to stepping on stage with. He's very in tune with his body. He talks about the science of bodybuilding. Ben is very humble man. Plus, I heard that Cathy lets athletes stay at her place to keep them focused their shows & do the training. She has a nice gym with the amenities; cardio studio & a tanning bed.
