8 oz. chicken breast, grilled (cut into 1-inch cube)
2 oz. whole-wheat pasta
1 oz. fat-free ricotta cheese
2/3 cup low-sodium tomato sauce
1 oz. fat-free mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a large bowl combine chicken, pasta (cook as per package directions), ricotta & tomato sauce. transfer mixture to a casserole dish & top with mozzarella. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes. Serve.
