Protein Frappuccino

Love a Frappuccino on a warm summer day? Who doesn’t! This recipe is a low-fat and high protein rendition. It tastes amazing, is easy to whip up and will banish your cravings for a creamy frappuccino at your favorite coffee spot.

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen coffee
- 1 scoop protein powder 
- Skim milk (optional) 

Preparation
1. Prepare a pot of coffee. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours. 
2. Remove coffee from freezer, let it dethaw a bit. 
3. Combine coffee and 1 scoop protein powder in blender. If desired, for a creamier blend, add some skim milk. 
4. Enjoy!
