Cherry Shake

This is a pre-workout shake

Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat (1%) milk
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 scoop vanilla soy protein powder
1 cup frozen cherries
1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend well.

347 calories, 40g protein, 39g carbs, 6g fat.
